Here's what I was able to understand, from her (assumedly Lena's, but I'm not sure if we should assume it's Madeline) voice: I downloaded the song and put it in FL, found the spot where it starts, and started cutting and dissecting it. But, after a close friend listened back to it, he noticed whispering in the background that seemed to be reversed vocals. So, it's evident that, after you break the mirror in chapter 5, the song is a reversed version of itself.
